Not sure if the bags will hold up over time

Nice logo, but the quality of the bag is questionable to me. Seems like it would be easy to tear a hole in it.

I WISH THERE WAS A LOWER RATE THAN 1 STAR

THIS ORDER IS A TOTAL ESS. THE STICHES ON THE CORNER ARE NOT CUT FLUSH WITH THE SIDES OF THE BAGS (ALL OF THEM) 60 % OF THE BAGS HAVE ONE OR TWO SIDES WHICH ENDS UP HIGHER THAN THE OTHER SIDES. THE PACKING OF THE BAGS SEEMS TO HAVE BEEN THROWN INSIDE WITHOUT ANY CARE AS SOME ARE SO WRINKLED THAT WE PROBABLY WILL END UP THROWING THEM AWAY AS THEY ARE UNUSABLE. FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR COMPANY PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS MANUFACTURER: IT WILL RUIN YOUR REPUTATION BADLY.

SUPER NICE GIVE AWAY PROMO ITEM

I purchased a large quantity of the Colossal Grocery Tote Bags as a promo give away for an upcoming charity event. The bags are very large so Colossal is a good name for them. The quality is very nice. They definitely don't look like some of the super thin cheaper bags I've seen. I used a black and white logo on red and orange bags which really made my logo Pop! The reason I picked these specific bags is because the website stated the bag has a "Support Bottom Board." Much to my disappointment, the "Supportive Bottom Board" really isn't a board. It's more like a thin piece of plastic wrapped in fabric. THIS was a HUGE disappointment for me since the Bottom Board is why I picked these bags! It's also why they were more expensive! That's why I give this product 4 STARS. ****The rep I worked with, Jeanesa B., was awesome! She saved me so much time by calling me and helping me with my order over the phone. She did multiple mock ups for me and color changes with my logo. I highly recommend calling and asking for Jeanesa B if you are in need of help with your order. I give my girl Jeanesa B 10 STARS!!
