Nice pen box

Box is well constructed. The magnetic latch was an unexpected feature that works very well for normal diameter pens. Some pens I make/sell are a larger diameter (0.750") and the magnetic latch won't work so well for those pens. Other than that, I highly recommend these boxes. Amsterdam Customer Service is very responsive if you have any questions or concerns.

Terrible shipping costs

Box works great! I do small craft shows and like to have a nice box to give the customer. I ordered fifty at a time which is a small order. Probably a 2 pound box. an order is about $25.00 and shipping is approximately the same so that is my reason for not ordering from this company. I am not paying $25.00 when I order supplies from other companies and pay $8 to 10 dollars for the same weight.

These boxes are great! I use them for most of the pens I make. Amsterdam has always been very professional with all of my dealings with them. I will continue using their products.

disappointed in quality

This is our second order for the pen presentation boxes. We order them 100 at a time so it takes a minute to use them up. The last order we used in about 6 months. The shipping box is kept in the shop where he works. No issues whatsoever. Ordered another 100 and these boxes must not have gone through any quality control process! About 1 in 4 (so far) have not held together. Whatever adhesive used is not sticking. We've had to repair them as I don't intend to throw them out. I'm not sure what happened - whether they have changed their supplier or not. They've always been made in china so I don't see a difference there. Just a difference in quality. Please go check your stock - and hopefully the problem will be addressed and corrected. We love the box and the price. But not having to glue them together ourselves.

Was highly disappointed with these presentation boxes he took the time to put covering over the clear plastic but when I went to install the pain and through each box with the magnet lid as I open them The Box open completely the glue releasing holding the box together. I know that they are made in China has China riding on the cardboard inside with a laminate over it then they glue it up into a box with a lid with a magnet to keep the lid closed. Me and my wife had to reglue over 75% of the boxes because it was embarrassing when we give out a few and they open them and the Box La part more less.

Very nice boxes for the pens that we are sending out as gifts. My club will be ordering more as we use up the boxes that we have now. Most of these boxes are being used to send pens to veterans on a Honor Flight to Washington D.C. Very fast service also. Thank You. Harry.
