Very Slow

I admit the artwork I sent was not good, but when we got that corrected, they set on it for a couple of days, which put my order back even further, then the production days that was supposed to be 12 days at this point by their own estimates will take 14 days. They took my money day one and I have still not received my product. Maybe you should not have people pay, if you are not going to do the work?

GREAT SIZED MUG. ARTWORK CAME OUT BEAUTIFULLY. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOP NOTCH. UPS LOST ONE CASE OF MUGS DURING SHIPMENT. COMPANY IMMEDIATELY TOOK RESPONSIBILITY AND SENT OUT A REPLACEMENT. I ALMOST "HEARD: THEIR GENUINE SMILES OF HELPFUL SERVICE OVER THE PHONE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR CUSTOM BRANDING PRODUCTS.
