THe graphics were great and the magnets stick great the cost of shipping was ridiculous for a small box delivered by Fedex, there should be options for shipping. I contacted customer service and was told tough. Although I like the company some of there policy's need changing maybe have free shipping for orders over a certain amount

The magnets turned out beautifully. The picture was great. The only downside was that the magnet was very thin. However, that probably really doesn't matter...they still work! We also ordered way too many! We ordered 5000 for our event, and probably only distributed 500-700. Not SUPER popular at the Rec show venue. However, we will be able to use them in other ways. In all, very nice product. Also, excellent customer service!

While the quality of the color and printing is precise and wonderful, the thickness of the magnetic card is way too thin and hardly adheres to a surface which, of course, makes the whole process disappointing and not meeting my expectations. Also, I feel the set up and postage fees were too high when I compare it to other companies although I chose to go with Amsterdam because I had a previous positive experience with beverage keychains.

Although the art work looked great, the magnets are not strong enough to hold papers onto a fridge or file cabinet. Not sure if we would order these again.

I expected the product to be more magnetic, they will stick to a magnetic surface but aren't very strong. I was expecting the colors to be clear, I ordered blue and they are actually more purple.
