product quality has changed

We have ordered pens through Amsterdam for many years. Now in 2017 our large order of pens do not write nicely. I ordered the same model because we were so happy with them in the past... but what we received is very disappointing. You have to scribble on other paper to get ink to flow every time you pick up a pen. Their service is good and they have offered reimbursement but it doesn't remove the fact that we received below standard items from what I know they used to sell. They have good prices, they have fast friendly service, I am not sure if I will use their service again or not, I do know I will not order a large quantity again.

We Love This Pen

We purchased these pens two years ago, and we provide them to folks who come to our special events and retreats. The pens write beautifully, they are very attractive and have a nice weight to them. Folks who come to our events look through their materials now to find their pen. My only comment is that over time, the outer design wears off, and you have a lot of blank spots on the pen, and your message gets lost. Yet, the way it writes makes me want to try it again.

We ordered this pen because we could use a photo of our choosing- which we uploaded and turned out wonderfully- and because of the price. The ordering process was great, staff was fantastic about helping us select and edit a photo and getting it to them for set up. Unfortunately, the pen performance is less than great. The ink skips a lot when writing, so I guess we got what we paid for when it comes to the quality of the product. BUT it does look great! /i>/div>
