Great customer service

I had an order I needed by a certain date. I got an alert that they were waiting on an portion of the item, they called to see if the delay was ok with me. They also called when the item came in and they could complete the item. they also called me to tell me they would follow my order to make sure it shipped out by my deadline! Fantastic customer service!!!

If a notebook could be perfect, this one fit the bill. The paper is nicer than expected. Our artwork printed perfectly on the cover. The covers are sturdy and beautiful. Thank you for such a great notebook!

I was so pleased with the customer service that I doubled my initial order. The quality of the finished product is just as I hoped it would be. I observed approximately 8-10 covers where there was an apparent printing issue but the extras received made up for any perceived inconvenience.

Mistake

I love the books. I have ordered several times. My order was sent In for 53 book two separate prints. I received the whole print order as 1 ordered

Ordering process was clean, simple, and thorough. Artwork reproduction was very crisp. The only drawback in my estimation was not seeing a proof on this and another order before press time. Other than that, I strongly endorse Amsterdam and this product. I plan to re-order.
