I have used this only as a cold pack--it said to put into freezer 2 hours before use--it was cold and the beads did somewhat solidified together to from a nice solid pack. I found that this product was good if you needed to put on a sensitive to cold area as it does not get nearly as cold as gel packs for food or medicine. The next day I left it in the freezer for 5 hours and it did not get any colder, plus it stayed cold only for an hour. It did retain a little coolness thereafter. On the plus side it did not have condensation on the outside.

Hot/ Cold Packs a good size, color very bright. Wished I had gotten type larger. Over I am pleased. Order came in timely manner. I will be reordering for our next senior expo next year.

We haven't used many so far - but the one we did broke open after first use. We will see if that was just one faulty one. Have to wait until we have the need to use.

Our company paid for this item with the understanding of a "5 day shipment" expectation. 14 days later, after paying, the item is still being processed under "receiving". We called and were not given any other explanation other than "we will get back with you". That didnt happen either. I am confident this will be the last time we deal with company. Buyer beware.
