Praise the Pens - Planners are Poop

It is difficult to give this review a headline since I've been doing business with Amsterdam for so many years you'd think they would get it right. Last two years were a small nightmare. Calendars were delivered late. Calendars delivered after the year calendars delivered with boot prints all over the face like a hostile disgruntled worker danced on them and finally a print that is not clear in the name of the company. I've been doing business with Amsterdam for since 1983. Customer service agents are nice but nice and apologetic does not replace a quality product and good service. They should ultimately together. It will be February before I can start distribution planners to my customers for 2022. Total Bummer. They used to get a 5 start rating from me the last two years with planners is not acceptable. Remove 100% Satisfaction Guarantee from your page. That is just not accurate.

If this company would change their customer service personnel then they would be one of the best companies in this country. Their products are excellent; however, when you have an issue with something- their customer service department is one of the worst.

We have bought these planners for years and everyone at our church loves them. They look forward to them each year and always ask if we are getting them. We will continue to get them as long as we can. They are very practical and super useful.

I received the sample after I received my product which unfortunately had what appeared to be foot prints from a boot all over the covers. It was a little disappointing that I needed to wipe down the planners before I could share them with my customers, One would think that during a Pandemic we would have better quality control. Every other planner I take out of the box has boot prints. they were not just stepped on once they looked like they were walked on!
