It's not the color I ordered and previewed

I chose dark blue for our logo, and same color for the tote, it looked great when I previewed the tote, but when I received boxes, they are two different blue colors on the cooler bag. I am very disappointed after back and forth with sales rep and re-approved it. The boxes were all damaged and pretty bad shape, and most of all, no any shipping or delivery notifications at all. Not very impressive at all.

Great Product

The cooler itself is very roomy. We've given it out to staff and they've been pleased. I gave a 3-star rating because the imprint was not very good. The production process was delayed when the art dept. said the text in my original artwork would be too small to be legible. They re-worked the artwork. The end result was basically illegible! I thought their guidance would give me a better result - apparently not.
