Some calendars did not have the stitching along the side, and there were loose threads. The imprint could have been sharper and cleaner. It's a good thing there were extras. Ordering from the website was an adventure. I would see the product at one price, but when I ordered an entirely different price would show up. Adjustments were made after I called and they honored the original price. The website stated a shipping date that was in no way, shape or form accurate. I had to call to find out the actual shipping date - which was almost a month after I ordered the calendars.

The calendars are very handy and good quality. The only thing I would do differently would be to use larger font. I should have requested a sample to check the font size.

Disappointed

I was excited to utilize Amsterdam for the first time as their customer service was good and the turnaround time was extremely fast. When I received my product, I was disappointed. The logo was huge, the writing was barely visible on the logo and the calendar inserts was in backwards. I called and received a 25% credit for which I am thankful, however, after further review of the calendars, I found many with ink spots and dotted lines of ink on the cover and loose stirngs and/or stitching . Needless to say that I was very upset. The calendars were ordered for holiday gifts for our employees and board and are a direct reflection of me. This will be the last time that I order from Amsterdam.

Nice product poor customer service

I have bought Myron calendars in past years. there quality is better though you also pay for that. I got a catalog that stated you could buy one get on free buy 250 get 250 free. So I figured I would give them a try this year for the savings. When my order arrived I only got the 250 I paid for. Upon calling them they said I had to enter a special promo code. The catalog directed me to a website and the lettering was in red buy one get one free never said to enter this promo code. The general website did not have these red lettering "get one free". So I figured I bought 250 and got 250 free... but I did not, due to not using the code. I got no place when talking to customer service and basically told them they lost a repeat customer...for the price I paid I could of gotten the higher quality Myron Pocket Calendars and been treated with respect.

We buy calendars every year and write in b'days/anniversaries for our entire large family. For the young and old alike it is very much appreciated, as a matter of fact, if we were not to do it all the family would wonder where we'd gone too??? Thank you Amsterdam!!!

Morano Pocket Calendar

I was impressed with the product sample, and satisfied with the pricing. However, when I changed the wording of the imprint, and received the order, I was very disappointed. The font size had increased substantially, noticeably cheapening the product. It looks rather clownish. I am no longer as enthusiastic about passing this calendar to our customers. I think that when a sample is offered for your consideration, and you sign-off on it, then the finished product should be reasonably similar if not identical to the sample. The calendar is terrific. The imprint is not very tasteful or attractive.
