Imprint is difficult to see. End result is a negative advertising product.

The pens were as I ordered but I was not expecting them to be so light.

Beautiful but BAD Quality

These pens came in so beautiful. I ordered 1000 of them. When they arrived there were several pens in the box that had already come apart, about 20 of them. I was able to put most of them back together but soon realized that the quality was just not there. These pens just fell apart in our hands, and we watched it fall apart in several customer hands as well. We couldn't use these pens for a week without falling apart.

I purchased these exact pens about 3 years ago and I just ran out. My clients love them and with the grip they are very comfortable to use

the pens look great, however, they fall apart and when you tighten them up, they strip out

Won't order these again

Looked good when we opened the box...but we found a lot of loose pieces at the bottom that had come off the pens, there are also a fair amount of pens that have very poor imprinting, and a good amount of broken pens. I do realize that you are going to get some defects in a large order, but we are talking a big number of defects in our order. I contacted customer service by email before writing this review, but have not heard back. On a positive note, the pens have nice color and are definitely noticeable. However, we will not be ordering this pen in the future.
