Richford Padfolio

The Richford Portfolio is of high quality and works well for our use as an anniversary gift to our membership. Our colors are blue and gold. We ordered the navy blue with gold lettering. The blue is not exactly a navy blue and has green tints to it so much so that we questioned if we had the correct color. The rest of the details are good.

I was very impressed after seeing these, especially since they were so well priced. We ordered a large quantity to give to our staff and good customers

I really like the Richford Padfolios. They look sharp! They are received well! They have a very professional look and feel! The imprint on the padfolio is clear, precise and rich-looking! They were used to thank people who had done major work in volunteering for a project we were working on and I received many compliments and appreciation for the gift. The problem comes when these are shipped. The reason i gave a 1 star rating on the service was because the shipping /packaging damaged the Richford Padfolios not just once, but twice. In the original order we received we had 5 padfolios that were damaged and unusable. We did a reorder of the same padfolio because we needed 15 more. In this shipping/packaging we had 9 padfolios damaged. We received the 5 replacements for the first order and are waiting for the 9 replacements on the second order. This shouldn't happen.

We bought these for our company executives for our annual board meetings. This was our first purchase from Amsterdam and we were a little nervous. Would these be as good as they seemed to look in the pictures? What about the support and delivery? Answer: They are far better than any photo could depict. One of the folks commented that they could even smell the leather (it isn't) and all were very, very pleased when they received them. And since we are also rating the service: After an initial hiccup, the Amsterdam staff came through with flying colors and then some. Our meetings were approaching and we were worried about timing. We didn't need to: These padfolios showed up well ahead of schedule and looked absolutely gorgeous. Bottom line: These Richford Padfolios are surprisingly high quality and equally impressive to even the most picky of people. Backed by an incredible level of customer service we have NEVER experienced in decades of business, this is an absolute can't-miss product and company. They have earned our business for life.

i have been doing business with Amsterdam for years and I must say I have always been pleased with what I order. Just recently I ordered Padfolios as Christmas gifts for the Deacons. I shop around and the price we paid for the folders where so much cheaper than any other similar product.

We were overwhelmed by the customer service! This was our first time to order products for our annual Volunteer Appreciation luncheon from Amsterdam Printing online. So, we chose the padfolios and imprint that we wanted and ordered. When the padfolios came in we were instantly disappointed because the imprint was significantly larger than we anticipated from seeing it online. Reluctantly, I called to see what, if anything, could be done and was pleasantly surprised to hear they would send new, reprinted items at no extra cost. After working with me to make sure I was satisfied with the proof, they immediately reprinted and shipped them to us. They are beautiful and our volunteers loved them! We plan to tell all of our colleagues to use Amsterdam for their awards needs, etc. Thank you!
