Order two sizes larger than normal

These are nice shirts shirts for ladies but they run super, super small. The XS, S, M are essentially child size. I ordered 15 shirts and then had to work with the customer service resolution team to replace 11 of the shirts (all the XS, X, M). All my female staffers went two sizes larger than their normal size to L or XL and some had to move to a men's size L and XL size as this item has no XXL or XXXL size to move up two sizes to. So three stars for the surprise in sizing but five stars for the resolution team working quickly to send me replacements with out any push back... Thank you!

Really small even though I ordered up a size

I ordered up one size on all the shirts and even with that the shirts are too small for most of my staff. The large is more like a small. The medium is like a petite. I also ordered the men's ex-large but I haven't seen those yet. I am now looking for something my staff can wear this summer. They are very cute but the sizes are just way off.
