No I would not order this style of shirt for my office staff

Too snug and I am sure when washed it will shrink. I normally wear a medium, If I were to order a large or extra large the V neck would be too much of a plunging neck line. Also they should be longer in length.

These are nice shirts. My staff like them quite a bit. The size on the small side but overall we have been happy with the quality and comfort of the shirt.

Unfortiunately these shirts are foreign sized so even though I wear a size medium or large, I couldn't come close to fitting into an extra-large of these. I wish they went up to 5XL
