The Calendars are unique and a reminder to Family and Friends that I think of them ALL year long. Each month they have inspirational thoughts to encourage their days and nights. The beautiful pictures are just icing on what every their favorite meal or desserts are.

envelopes not shipped with calendar

We received the envelopes we ordered to mail out calendars two weeks AFTER the calendars.

Bad Customer Service

I placed a Calendar order on 11-2-16, the next day I called customer service and got no answer so then I wrote customer service asking them to change the calendar envelope from plain white to the Holiday Envelope that was 12 cents less & Prettier. I never got a response back. Today I call and I'm told they had a communication problem and didn't make the change. You would figure that the service agent would feel bad and say,"Oh our mistake for not responding lets send these to you"...No! no one wants to use their heads and only want to get paid for showing up! But they DO want me to be a returning customer, if they cant handle something so small, how will they handle the big stuff? Hm.....

The Delivery package was solid and secure. The Delivery service was prompt and on time. The Product was excellent, both the Calendars and the Envelopes. The Promotional pricing was exceptional because it made the Calendars affordable for me since I did not need a large supply for the Holidays. Thanks for your offer!

Perfect for the calendars

Ordered these along with calendars, perfect and I didn't have to figure out what size envelopes to buy at the store. Seemed cost effective to me even though they were a tad higher than I might have expected, considering I did not have to go to the office supply or big box stores. I was pleased.

Calendars

The calendars are very nice. However, was not happy paying for extra shipping. I paid with the company credit card, per the invoice. When we got the credit card statement, there was additional charges for shipping (I know it wasn't much) but it is a lot of work to back out the 108 that I did. After I placed my order, I have to do a 108 for the purchase which matches the invoice. When the 108 don't match the credit card statemnt, we have to cancel the old 108 and create a new 108. If you would have said there may be additional shipping fees, I could have worked around that.
