I purchased 300 ink pens from Amsterdam for a Christmas event and for future events through my organization. Amsterdam did a fantastic job with the printing. The pens look beautiful and I love the vibrant color and printing clarity. However, as I began handing these pens out as a promotional item for our families, I noticed that they weren't writing very well. At first I thought it was a fluke and maybe only a couple of pens were affected. As I began to use and give out more pens, I noticed that this was happening with every one of them. When you start writing with them, it writes for a couple of words, then it stops working. Once you get the pen to start working again, it will write a couple more words then stop working again. Needless to say, it didn't leave a good impression of our organization that we were handing out pens that don't work. I'm not sure what can be done about this at this point, but I have a box full of pens that I'm hesitant about passing out because I don't want to give anyone a pen that doesn't work.

Wonderful product and priced perfect!

I was really excited to get my pens, but was disappointed with them when I opened up the box. The text is just almost too small to read and I only have two lines of text. This wouldn't have been the biggest disappointment but I was told on the phone that the text size would be fine... I was hoping for something to be a little more proud of handing out to clients.

We are a small library and I bought these pens as a giveaway at our county fair. The pens write smoothly and the barrel colors are really nice. Great value for the price. Always get great service and products from Amsterdam.
