Mugs are just OK

Good price. Fast turnaround. I was not provided with an online proof. Colors don’t really match the selected Pantone colors. And the circle looks more like an oval. The mugs also have ugly Made In China stickers on the bottom which are hard to get off. Considering the price and quick turnaround, these are ok.

We got our order very quickly. The only issue is that the color kinda fades towards the bottom of the cup. But this is nothing that keeps from us handing them out to clients

I would definitely recommend Amsterdam Printing and use their services again. I initially ordered a sample which arrived promptly. I designed several mock ups on their website which was very user friendly. I was given a dedicated representative that assisted with any and all email and phone inquiries. I placed my customized order and was able to request a virtual proof prior to production. I then received my order in a timely manner. I had no issues with Amsterdam and anyone that I came in contact with was knowledgeable and friendly!!! Thank you Amsterdam for such GREAT service.

Were perfect for the occasion

The mugs we received were given out to Veterans at a Veterans Salute Concert this afternoon. They had "Thank You Veteran" on one side and our band logo on the other. They served both as a nice gift for our Veterans and as an advertisement for our organization. The cups were great color and heavy. Only one problem - the handle was broken off one cup upon delivery by UPS.
