The pens came in when promised all the printing on the pens look great and they write good. the reason for the four star is the pen could better quality.

Most of the pens run out of ink very quickly

I had to use 4 pens to write one application. This is unacceptable. Then my account was charged twice and still showing an open invoice.

While our customers love the pen, they are not for long term. Mechanics break down and I'm left with a box full of broken pens that we cannot use.

My customers love these pens. We have them on the counter for use by our customers but almost everyone who comes in asks if they can have one. This is a big difference from our previous pens. They like the pen and the way it writes and feels in their hand but they LOVE the colors of the pens. I bought an assortment and the biggest problem has been which color they should take!
