Logo cannot be printed as displayed in the photo

I recently purchased the Yowie Express Multi-Functional Rally Wear from Amsterdam Printing. Upon receiving the product, the logo was printed much further down on the Yowie than what is displayed in the photo. I attempted to test the Yowie to see where the logo would show. It actually could not be seen when wearing the Yowie. I called and the customer service rep was helpful and submitted a request to reprint. However a couple days later I received notification that the printer could not move the logo up. The customer service rep agreed that the photo was misleading and confirmed that they have no other options to reprint. Now I am in the process of attempting to get an RMA and a credit issued for the charges. I would not recommend this product if you would like the logo visible (which is the entire reason for imprinting).
